Scope of Services

We offer web development services using industry-standard technologies and best practices. Our services include but are not limited to website design, development, front-end and back-end programming, and related maintenance and support.

Processing, Review, Completion

Processing time:

The duration of project processing varies depending on the specific project, and we strive to provide our customers with an estimated timeline for project development. These estimates are calculated based on monthly or daily rates for larger projects, while small bug fixes and consultations are billed on an hourly basis.

Review

Customers are encouraged to request updates and review the ongoing development process at any time. We value customer feedback and consider it an integral part of our collaborative approach. However, it is important to note that significant changes or the addition of new features may require extra time for implementation. In such cases, the revised timeline and associated costs will be communicated to the customer and added to the previous estimation. We strive to maintain transparency and open communication throughout the development process.

Completion

upon completion of the project, the customer will be provided with a link to the project's staging environment, where they can review the project and confirm it. We will then proceed to deploy the project to the production environment and make it available to the public. at this stage all the source code, access credentials and project files will be transferred to the customer.

Cancellations/Termination of the contract

Either party may terminate the web development project by providing written notice to the other party. Termination may be subject to applicable fees and charges based on the work completed up to that point. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be due.

Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to provide us with all necessary materials, information, and access required to complete the web development project. This includes timely provision of content, design assets, logos, and any other relevant materials. You are responsible for ensuring that all provided materials do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of third parties. in cases that the client fails to provide the required materials, we will use free to use and open source materials to complete the project.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for the web development services, you will own the intellectual property rights to the developed website, except for any pre-existing elements or third-party software used in the development process. We reserve the right to showcase the developed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you advice us to not showcase.

Project Timeline, Early completion or Delays

We will make every effort to complete the web development project within the agreed-upon timeline. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as client-requested changes, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any potential delays promptly and work together to find suitable solutions. In cases that we complete the project before the agreed-upon timeline, we will notify the client and deduct the extra time.

Payment Terms

Payment for the web development services will be made according to the agreed-upon terms. A deposit may be required before the project commences, with the balance due upon completion. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Confidentiality

We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary for the completion of the web development project. We will take reasonable measures to protect your confidential information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality web development services; however, we cannot guarantee the success or profitability of the website or its impact on your business. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or any errors, omissions, or delays in the services provided.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European union. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in European union.
